The answer is NO!!! That Bruce Fuller guy must be on some good stuff for him to think that one our Bank statements would come in Chinese. And two that a bank would spend the time or money to send a translator to translate the statement. Everyone is smart enough to know it would be cheaper to print it out in the language that is spoken.. The first error. The second is to think the public would be willing to speak another language, when we do not even speak our own language properly!!!!
