I think this is a classic case of inequality... Many will be impacted by these proposed cuts. But many won't. (At least directly...) I would posit that everyone in the United States is impacted by the educational levels of the person next to him/her. Because really, isn't our society about the people we live, work near?
ReplyDeleteMy question is what got cut before this, because schools should be one of those things we just don’t touch. I know politicians don’t care because their children don’t go to public schools, but still their constituents who voted for them should! That’s why i always say if you don’t know the names on the ballot DONT VOTE!
